Rules

Welcome to the Urgent Fury Gaming League (UFGL)

We have highlighted some of our common rules about Rosters and gameplay, This is true to all events and helps keep Urgent Fury as a great place to play for everyone. Remember our motto "Win with Honor, Lose with Dignity" means that at the end of the day respect each other and have fun.

Respect our house while we let you play in it.

Clan Rosters & Player Eligibility

A: All clans must create a team and each player must register at Urgent Fury to be placed on the team roster. Once you have created your team you then can join any of the the Urgent Fury Gaming League Ladders, Leagues or Tournaments. Any player NOT registered will NOT be eligible for play in any UF scheduled war. There will be no dates in which you will be able to alter your submitted tourney roster for the duration of this 4-week tourney. Please double and triple check your rosters before the submission date end. UF is not responsible for inaccurate submissions. You will not be able to replace the ineligible name for the duration of the tournament. If you have 2 mistakes, then your roster is effectively short 2 players.

B: As a participating clan in UFGL, maintaining your roster includes adding your players PSN in the PSN/GamerTag field found under editing your team.

C: Players not found on a clan’s official roster list will not be eligible to war.

D: When filling in the the PSN/GamerTag field please ensure that it is accurate as shown below
1: HBOMB1
2: LBI_Dylan
3: xxxMaGGotmaNxxx
4: Joe____Blo

E: Clan Reps, please take note. You MUST submit a player’s name EXACTLY how it appears in the game. If your player uses any numbers, symbols or punctuation marks in their name, be it at the beginning, middle or end of their name, your roster MUST show that.

F: The only exception to the above rule "D" is that we do not count capitalization as stringently. All numbers, symbols and punctuation marks must be exactly the same from online name to UF Roster name, but capitalization is not counted. For example, "UnD3r_t0W" is counted to be the same as "uNd3r_t0w" noting that all symbols and numbers here are the same, only capitalization has been changed.

G: All clans are to check out EACH OTHERS rosters before the start of the war. If you notice someone incorrect on the roster of the opponent, you will tell them immediately in the lobby, so that the offending clan has the opportunity to bring in a legal player WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT FOR THE START OF THE WAR, or play the man down in the war. IF both clans green up start the match without having to call on any called any ineligibility issues, all players are considered LEGIT and, even if there is a case of ineligibility found DURING the war, it is too late, and the war goes on AS IS. This will effectively eliminate any practices of "allowing" a clan to green up play a match knowing they already have an ineligible player on their team in order to get a free win

H: Clans cannot agree to allow players that are not on the final rosters to play in advance. By doing so, it defeats the purpose having submitted rosters. If clans are caught doing this, both teams will receive a loss for their match and 2 players will be removed from their roster. The two players will include the leader of the team (the person that is listed as the creator of the team) and one random player drawn by our staff. If a clan is caught doing this a second time they will be suspended for 90 days. If at anytime a clan is caught doing this and the players involved are under suspension or a ban both teams will be removed from the event and suspended for 90 days

Discouragements While In-Game

A: The following is a list of EXPECTED etiquette during match play as well as interaction between clansmen and adversaries on all websites, online lobbies and forums associated with UFGL.

B: There will absolutely be NO threats, remarks, insinuations, posts, messages, images or quotes involving the use of racial, religious or disrespectful sexual slurs on ANY platform of UF. Any record or instance of this kind will be dealt with swiftly from a player disqualification from the tournament to the elimination of the entire clan, depending on the severity of the incident and the number of clan members involved. The admins of UF will deliberate the penalty. You will not be able to appeal the verdict.

C: UF discourages the use of taunts and dancing in game against other UF clans. If your clan feels the need to do this, do it in another tournament. While engaged in combat against another UF clan, there is to be NO dancing on dead bodies such as "Tea Bagging". This tourney is based on and built upon a foundation of respect. We expect all to adhere to the ideals whilst playing in our house. Multiple infractions of this will result in a penalty handed down by the admin in an appropriate fashion they see fit.

D: Urgent Fury also asks that messaging through the PSN or any other outside way of communicating be prohibited{skype, facebook, cell phone, etc} to teammates OR to opponents not be practiced by your clan. There is much more reward in "winning with honor and losing with dignity" in this community than there is in cheating.

E: It is encouraged, though not strictly a rule by any means, that only the Clan Rep (or the clan/team leader for that night) speak in the lobby for their team until the match starts. This is for your benefit. Any last minute issues are easily resolved when there is not excessive chatter.

F: Urgent Fury discourages any profane or racist trash talk towards your opponents. Please be aware that even though you are talking to your own clansmen in-game, there is a possibility that someone from the other team can hear you. Treat others as you expect to be treated.

Using Glitches and exploits in game

Urgent Fury does not allow the use of exploits or glitches in game. If a known glitch exists giving an unfair advantage to a team is used, they will be given one warning and lose the round they were playing. If it is used again, the clan will be removed from the event.
